Enterprise

Use the identity and collaboration systems your workforce already knows.

LoneWatch is designed for Microsoft-first organisations using Entra ID and Teams, with safety routing kept authoritative inside LoneWatch.

Microsoft Entra ID

Work-account sign-in, tenant-scoped by design.

Workers authenticate using Microsoft work/school accounts. LoneWatch maps organisations using the verified Entra tenant ID and workers using stable Microsoft object IDs rather than treating an email domain as the security boundary.

Enterprise onboarding

Customer administrators can grant the delegated directory permission required for manager import. Manager relationships arrive as suggestions for review; they do not silently overwrite the safety chain.

Directory-assisted setup

Import structure. Keep safety decisions accountable.

Entra manager data can accelerate onboarding while manual supervisor overrides, backup responders, site responders, zone responders and availability remain independent safety controls.

Admin consent

A customer Entra administrator approves the required delegated directory scope.

Manager import

LoneWatch reads manager relationships for workers in the customer tenant.

Admin review

Suggested managers remain pending until confirmed or ignored.

Safety routing

Confirmed assignments combine with availability, site/zone and responder policy.

Microsoft Teams

Detailed alerts where supervisors already work.

Current enterprise pilots can use Teams Workflow webhooks to receive Adaptive Cards containing worker name, alert type, task, location evidence, time and assigned responder context.

Future proactive Teams app/agent integration is planned as part of the cloud deployment phase; the website does not present that future path as live today.
